CNY hangouts!

For Chinese New Year tahun ni, kitorang tak balik kampung atau pegi mana2 pun. First reason sebab kitorang a whole family baru baik sakit yg bersambung2 selama 2 minggu. So, kitorang nak rest sikit. Secondly, sebab Babah cuti sampai hari Selasa, Aina start sekolah agama hari Rabu & Afiq start sekolah pun hari Rabu.

Saturday, kitorang buat housekeeping in the morning and petang sikit baru keluar. Kitorang pegi The Curve and had dinner at Marche' together with Ared & family and Nizam & family. We enjoyed various of food such as very nice Pepperoni Pizza, Tempura, Fetuccini, Mix Vege, Roasted Chicken & dessert. Then, bagi chance kat budak2 main kat playground and moms mcm biasa le watch out for the kids and dads continue with their dads' talk!

Still rasa mcm tak puas lepak2, kitorang proceed ke Red Box for karaoke. The charges quite expensive tapi inclusive meals. Pada kitorang itu tak penting dah..yg penting kitorang dapat lepaskan gian melalak dengan anak2 skali. Memang enjoy sebab kitorang main pulun nyanyi je lagu ape2 yg keluar. Budak2 pun sibuk jugak turn by turn pegang mic sambil nyanyi2.

Lebih kurang pukul 12 baru kitorang balik. Apa2 pun we had a great time with our best friends & family.

Sunday, we spent our day time at home. Sebab semalamnya kan dah balik lambat & tido lambat...so kitorang relaks2 rehatkan badan kat rumah sambil tengok TV. Budak2 pulak, kitorang bagi diorang buat painting kat kanvas freely..Tak kisah le design dia mcmana pun..yg penting diorang had a good time.

Malam baru kitorang keluar and again pegi The Curve lagi...hehehe.... We were supposed to meet up with Akim & Aida since they will be moving to Johor Bahru this week. Unfortunately, they could not make it so kitorang & Ared's family je la yg lepak2. As all of us had took our heavy meal before, we decided to have our lighter snack at TGIF. Sedar tak sedar..borak punye borak...sampai pukul 12 jugak baru kitorang balik.

Monday, its Chinese New Year!! Kitorang duduk rumah je..Aku, as usual busy with all the houseworks. Aina busy dgn homework dia. Afiq sibuk tengok kartun and Aqif, sibuk menyepahkan lagi rumah ni..ish!ish!ish!... Babah pulak ade keje.

Tuesday, macam biasa...morning time we did some housekeeping, makin' breakfast, makan, blah,blah,blah....then bila dah tengahari tu aku gi anto barang yg orang order dari Kiddieszone tu. Then, pegi lagi The Curve (mesti korang ckp aku gila kan?) utk carik barang skit and jumpa Wana. Sebelum jumpa Wana, kitorang makan kat Thai Express. Kerabu Mangga dia shiok gile!!! Sampai aku hirup air kerabu tu sebab memang masam2 manis betul!. Nasi dengan Kari Daging dia pun not bad la.. Pastu kitorang gi Brands Outlet kejap utk tengok2 ape2 yg berkenan di hati. Aku dapat blaus putih yg harga asal dia RM69.90 dan harga sale dia RM19.90. Not bad la..

Pastu jumpa Wana kat Marche' and passed her the baby Zara gown yg dia order tu. She brought us Chic cupcakes sbb dia tahu aku suka gila dgn cupcakes. Yummy..!! Then, ade le sikit story mori...makan2...hihihi... We went back home early that night as the next day Babah will be working and so as Afiq.

Kiranya memang enjoy gile la this weekend after 2 hectic weeks dengan keje, sekolah & sicknesses yg memang betul2 stress out.

Saturday :
Right after Aina's prize giving ceremony, we went straight to the clinic as Aqif had fever.

Sunday :
Its getting worst when Aina and myself had asthma. So, we spent time on weekend at home as most of us were not well. Babah, took the chance completing his job task. My asthma was getting worst in the evening and I had to take the nabulizer due to my breathing difficulties.

Monday :
Aina didn't go to school on Monday as her asthma was getting worst. Monday afternoon, Afiq pulak yg demam.

Tuesday :
I was getting better but Aina still had to rely on ventolin inhaler regularly besides taking her medicines on time. Aqif had recovered except for his flu. Afiq still had his fever on and off. His coughing was getting worst at night till he vomitted several times.

Wednesday :
Afiq was still on fever and we had to bring him to the clinic for check-up and doctor told me that his throat was swollen & red. That's the cause of him getting fever on and off. Afiq had to take antibiotics and other medicines.

Today :
He's getting better but still have to complete his antibiotics.

I believe that there must be a good return for all the test from Allah. Insya'Allah... Good experience though as I've learned a lot from it!!

Its all paid up today..:)

After all the hectic school days in these 2 weeks, all the sicknesses among us..today is quite special as we attended Aina's "Anugerah Cemerlang Day" at school.

Kitorang sampai awal pagi kat sekolah dia. Parents semua duduk kat dewan sementara students pulak sibuk pakai jubah utk Anugerah Cemerlang and some of them took part for the performances. Pengawas sekolah bagi booklet utk program utk hari tu. Aku terus cari nama Aina. Terperanjat jugak la sebab Aina dapat 4 anugerah hari ni. No. 2 dalam kelas, No. 3 keseluruhan, Subjek terbaik bagi mata pelajaran Sains dan English. Ish..ish..ish....tak sangka pulak aku...hihihi....

Cousin Aina, Weena & Syasha pun dapat a few anugerah & diorang memang terror pun sebab tiap2 tahun dapat byk awards.

Afiq macam biasa le ke hulu ke hilir buat sekolah tu macam sekolah dia sendiri. Then, ada photo session pulak. Macam graduation kat Universiti pulak rasanya. Lepas tu students & parents dapat makan pulak tu. Not bad la as this is our first time. The school tried their very best to pleased the parents & students as well.

Alhamdulillah...segala penat lelah aku, kurang tido, stress, sedih, nangis dan macam2 lagi hal yg jadi tahun lepas, terbayar dengan result Aina yg boleh dikatakan excellent la...Aku doa banyak2 agar Aina bole maintain result ok utk tahun2 yg seterusnya. At least, people will not look down on me.....(si suri rumahtangga yg terperap kat rumah, tak pakai baju glamor2, tak bergaji tinggi ni)...at least anak pada ibu yg tak bekerja ni can still do well in school walaupun banyak benda yg ibu dia tak bole nak bagi....

dah start dah...

Ari ni cukup seminggu aku & hubby busy dgn sekolah anak2 kitorang. Aku dah mula la kurang tido, tak bole tido dan sebagainya..

Aku kena arrange masa aku sebaik-baiknya dengan semua kerja yg aku kena buat sehari-hari. Minggu yg pertama ni agak terkejar-kejar jugak la sebab still tak tau nak budget masa. Port yg baik utk aku park kereta masa tunggu Aina balik sekolah pun belum tentu lagi..hihi....

Bila dah start aktiviti aku yg sibuk ni, kesian pulak kat Aqif sebab kena tinggal lama kat rumah. Nasib baik mak aku ada tolong jaga dia masa aku takde rumah. Tapi kalau mak aku tak stay kat rumah aku, aku kena angkut semua anak2 aku ke sana-sini la... Minggu ni memang penat sangat sampai rumah pun kelam kabut. Aku pening tiap2 hari pikir nak bawakkan Aina bekal apa ke sekolah. I don't advise her to buy food from canteen sebab condition dia yg agak sensitif dgn certain food yg boleh menyebabkan dia semput.

Babah sampai demam dibuatnya sebab banyak sangat keluar masuk ofis utk settlekan byk benda termasuk sekolah anak2. Sekarang ni tinggal batuk je yg teruk lagi. Weekend ni la kitorang pecah rekod sebab tak keluar except tadi. Itu pun kejap je & mood spoiled because of few reasons.

Sampai sekarang ni pun mood aku still tak brapa baik lagi. Mmmmm...malas la nak pikir. Lepas ni aku nak tido awal and prepare myself for another school week!! Woohoo...!!!

I am not in a good mood for these few days because of few reasons:-

* Stressed out 2 days before school start as me and hubby had to prepare everything for Aina & Afiq's school items. Then, we spent a few hours just to cover all the textbooks, wrote down Aina's name in every books and sewed her school badges onto her uniforms.

* We were told that this year SKBJ (Sek. Keb. Bukit Jalil) will start their 2 sessions and Aina supposed to be in evening session. However, on the first day of school, we were informed that the plan has to be postponed due to some complaints from parents & they forwarded the complaint to the Ministry of Education. It was kecoh among parents and as for me, I decided to be silent & follow the flow...hihihi..malas nak cakap byk la..pressure dah byk sgt ari tu...

* Due to last minute changes, I had to cancelled Aina punya skolah agama yg sesi pagi and had to find other sekolah agama. Cari punye carik punye carik, at last alhamdulillah dapat satu skolah and the number of student pun tak ramai. So, Aina dah start skolah agama 2 hari dah.

* I am sooo...exhausted but always doa for the good returns from Allah. So, my schedule will be...

8.00am Anta Afiq to school
11.30am Ambik Afiq from school
12.30am Ambik Aina kat SKBJ
2.30pm Anta Aina ke sekolah agama
6.00pm Ambik Aina & Anta Afiq ngaji

Cuba korang kira berapa kali aku keluar masuk rumah? :))

* Lastly, aku rasa sedih sangat dengan apa yg jadi kat Gaza. Rakyat Palestin ditindas sekejam-kejamnya. Bayi, kanak2, perempuan mengandung, orang tua dibunuh dengan kejamnya. Tiap2 hari aku tengok kes kematian akibat perang ni. Israel memang kejam & memang patut dilaknat Allah. Hati ni memang rasa geram yg teramat sangat tapi rasa betapa kecilnya aku ni yg x mampu nak buat apa2. Apa yg mampu aku buat ialah aku sentiasa berdoa agar rakyat Palestin dilindungi Allah. Semoga mereka ditabahkan hati untuk menghadapi segala dugaan ke atas diorang. Bak kata pepatah, "Cubit peha kiri, peha kanan terasa"... Macam tu jugak apa yg aku rasa sekarang ni. Tapi tak sama dengan apa yg diorang tanggung..mesti lebih dahsyat lagi..Semoga apa sahaja yg mereka tempuh di dunia akan dibalas dengan ganjaran yg tak ternilai dari Allah...amin...

* Aku pun nak take part jugak boikot barangan US atau Yahudi ni. I will try to avoid from all the listed goods. Masa ni la kita nak sokong barangan buatan Malaysia. Bila lagi...Masa ni lah kita patut appreciate more barangan tempatan.

Before the school session starts..

I've been busy these 2 weeks doing all the preparation before the school starts. Didn't expect that until the last day of the school holiday, we still need to find things for Aina & Afiq.

Since Aina & Afiq's school uniform are still in good condition and still fit them, we only bought 2 more pairs of Baju kurung for Aina as she will start Sekolah Agama this year. Luckily we found quite good quality uniforms in Tesco and bought it straight away except for kain sekolah agama la..(coz not sure what colour).

After we were informed of the colour of kain skolah agama, we went to Jusco (the nearest to our house) to buy for her. I was sooo...shocked when I saw the price tag. The price is RM28.90!!! Mak datuk....mahalnye!!! Harga utk kain je tau and there was no other choice of brands. So, dengan tegasnya I told hubby (as he insisted me to buy) not to buy becoz its soo..expensive. Then, today we went to Giant Hypermarket and bought the kain for only RM17.90. Can u see how much different? Pergh..!!

So $$$ needed for this month is sooo...high... Aina punya uniform skolah, buku2 skolah, fees dia lagi...Then, fees Afiq la yg paling terasa..tapi insya'Allah berbaloi....:) Total semua skali boleh tahan jugak la..

Macam ni rupanya keadaan mak bapak kita everytime kita nak mula skolah. No wonder dalam berita hari tu parents merungut sebab harga baju skolah mahal sgt. Mmm...should educate my kids to appreciate more and bersyukur dgn apa yg kita ada...

What a busy school holiday...

For my loyal reader....you must be wondering why I've been so silent in these 2 months... Only Allah knows how busy I was with sooo...many activities.

Mom made ketupat for Aidiladha...more special than Nasi Himpit....

Decided to balik S'pore kejap and chose the 2nd link to avoid traffic jam. So unlucky...we were trapped about 4 hours and only reached at Ucu's house at 4am. Gile penat...!!

At first, hubby was the one who has been crazy settled down his job tasks pursuing the deadlines before the REAL holiday starts. So, we spent more times at home jadi penunggu setia Babah. Kids went back to Batu Pahat earlier with Nenek and Mak Long to celebrate Aidiladha. As for me & Aqif...we had to stay just to accompany hubby till his work done.

Mom was surprised by Uda & family...SURPRISE!!! The whole family berkepam dalam bilik just to kasi Mak Ani terkejut frog!! We did it! Mom was sooo..happy..!!

After the surprise, baru le bole makan...

After Aidiladha, Uda's family came to KL for holidays for a few days. They have planned this month earlier and mom had no idea at all that they were coming. Mak was surprised "baik punya" by the whole family and she was very happy when her family came here.

We went there twice as they loved the food there very much!

The next day, Pakcik & family pulak datang. Then, we went to Melaka for wedding and met with more families from Singapore there. Pak Long, Pak Ngah, Pak UTeh & Ucu. Then, Uteh & family ikut balik KL just to dropped by and visit Mak. Meriah betul hari tu!

During their stay in KL, the first place that we brought them was to "Pasar Malam". Memang lepas gian betul diorang...hehehe... Ada a few places yg kitorang bawak jalan like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, KLIA & LCCT, KLCC (took photos of night view only), MYDIN (we went twice!) and Beryl's Chocolate factory. Sorry le sebab tak dapat bawak ke tempat2 lain sbb masa yg suntuk sangat & so sorry as Abg. Zairi had to worked.

For me & cousin Lily, we had very long chat about a lot of things and at the same time we kept on trying every pieces of tudung sampai pukul 4 pagi!! Gila!! Cousin Lily bought sooo...many tudung for herself & in-laws.

On the day before they leave KL, we were traumatised when Aqif fell down from the sofa and had quite deep cut on his forehead. Ya Allah....!! Supposed kena jahit but we chose to try out another option using the stretch tape. Alhamdulillah he's getting better. Harap2 diorang tak serik datang sini. Pardon us should there be any inconveniences when you guys stayed in our house, kekurangan ke...

My birthday cupcakes...so cute & lovely..delicious too...!!

Not forgotten, my 33rd birthday!!! Babah bought me a new handphone for my b''day present in advance! Hihihi... But he still surprised me by waked me up in early morning (12.30am) on the 19th and presented me with these very cute cupcakes beside my bed..so lovely.. Babah, I loved it sooo....much!! and the cupcakes were delicious too....:)

The following week pulak adik Zairi kahwin. Then only I managed to updates my blogshop and my tudung stocks. hihihi.... Then, we went to school to collect Aina's report card. Alhamdulillah she got number 3 in her class and no. 3 overall. So, next year she will jump class to Tahun 2 Bestari. Tapi yg tak syoknye...her school session will be in the afternoon. Gosh..!! Right now, we are preparing the school 'things', fees importantly and my fitness definitely as I will be fully driver starts from morning till afternoon and at the same time doing all the house chores daily.
